This week at Pupil Groups we discussed mental health. We learnt that we all have mental health as well as physical health. Mental health is our thoughts, feelings, emotions and moods. We learnt that it’s okay  to feel sad, stressed or worried but it’s what we do to help that’s important. We think stress is being very worried and feeling tight inside. We suggested things that might make us feel better such as playing a game, colouring, going outside, playing with our brothers or sister and listening to music. We think all these things make us feel better. We chose whether to do colouring, drawing, or making a poster to help others. We listened to some music while drawing to help us relax. Look at us all concentrating!
