P4/5 Cooking

This week we went down to the kitchen to make some Vegetable Spring Rolls as part of our Food Around the World topic. This allowed us to demonstrate all of our new skills of using knives carefully and following a recipe to Kasha while also showing that we knew how to be safe and hygienic in the kitchen. We had lots of fun making the spring rolls then after they had been put in the oven we were able to taste them. After we had tasted our Spring Rolls we created Recipe sequence cards so that we would remember all of the steps so that we could make them for ourselves at home.
