We went to tesco to take part in the Farm to Fork workshops. We learned about different healthy foods and how they are stored before we buy them. We were shown around the bakery and saw all the big equipment they use to mix, prove, shape and bake all the yummy bread, rolls and cakes. We were shown the huge fridges and freezers in the back of the store. We went into one of the freezers for about 20 seconds. It was minus 19 degrees. Now we know how the penquins feel! Before leaving we got to taste some fruit and vegetables and got a drink of juice. Thank you very much Raylene and Audrey for a fantatic visit.
