P6/7 end of term update!

It’s been a busy few weeks here in P6/7!  First of all a big well done to all the pupils as they raised a fantastic amount for Red Nose Day. All the children worked really hard baking on the Thursday and running all the different stalls in the gym hall on the Friday.

Our Enterprise sessions have now finished with Mr Cassells which the children have thoroughly enjoyed-they have had to make business decisions each week such as how much to pay staff and what amount of money they want to spend on advertising, in order to try and get their T-shirt manufacturing company to make the most profit. It has been a great learning experience!

We have been making a 3D model landscape in art, which we are hoping to enter in to the Royal Highland Show this year in the Handcrafts Competition. It is made out of mod-rock and clay. We will get it all painted after the holidays!

Finally P6/7 want to wish everyone a ‘Happy Easter’!
