P 1/2 and their beanstalks!

We planted dwarf broad beans earlier this term and they are growing really well. They need a stake to hold them up so we took them home before they got any bigger. If we take care of them we will get some broad bean pods. We can harvest them and cook them and taste them. Yummy! They will grow about 45 centimetres high so it might be good to plant them in the garden or in a bigger pot. I hope they don’t end up being magic ones! If they do remember to tell your parents where you are going before you start climbing. You might need to pack a picnic in case you’re hungry. Watch out for the giant!
